I'm sorry the game does not boot. It's hard to say why with no additional information. Just be sure to run windows 10 with the newest c++ .NET redistributable and It should boot up.

In version 2 that I just uploaded, there is a fix for tons of people who can now launch the game! I would love for you to try to download and run it again.

Can this be played in window mode?
It sure can. With the screen selected simply pressing the 'F' key toggles between fullscreen and windowed mode.
